Have my new 2024 Q3 in this dealership with satisfaction. Nice location, and comfy sales room/ showroom with quality complimentary drinks. My sales representative , Desmond is truly responsible and willing to help. Will definitely recommend this place to people who are interested in finding (trying) new car. Desomond is fluent in English, Cantonese,and Mandarin.

DISCLOSURE: A terrible dealership experience. Don't purchase the car from them, please. They are dishonest and provide poor customer service. This is not a dealership to trust. Please try to avoid doing business with them. They lack professionalism to the extreme. I'll share my experience with them because I'm still having to cope with their deception. My Q5 2020 was traded for a brand-new Q5 progressive 2024 in January. The dealership allowed me to examine my car outside in the cold on the day of delivery which is this dealership has designated room for that purpose. I signed the paperwork and was excited everything was in working order before going back to have another look. As I went outside to have another look at it, I noticed a scratch and a shattered rear bumper which is this happened due the transit and they already know about it . told them I needed to cancel my contract, but they never agreed and offered to fix it (replaced). They left it on me if I find out or not, but nobody highlighted the damages that occurred during transit. After two weeks, I'm still waiting for my car and there has been no news. Whenever I have to call and inquire about an update. Go somewhere else but here if you want to buy a car. You won't believe the poor communication, ineffective attitude, and cunning employees on this crew.

BEWARE: EXTENDED WARRANTY SCAM. Before committing to a warranty contract, carefully review its terms. Relying on a brochure I received, I purchased the warranty, misled by the salesperson who assured me that Audi would cover all expenses for covered parts without mentioning $250 deductible. Upon bringing my car to Audi for a routine repair, I was blindsided by the additional deductible fee. They also sent my car back with further issues - a malfunctioning tail light assembly and a loose trim. TEAM AUDI, ITS UNJUST TO DECIEVE CUSTOMERS WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY SCHEMES. Furthermore when I reached out to Audi to rectify the situation, they denied any responsibility and insisted that I had signed a contract. Its appalling to see a company resort to such dishonesty.

I recently brought in my Q7 for services. The whole process is smooth and very effective. Service rep Sophie is very helpful and understandable. I told her about some issue happened before which I did not expect any feedback but indeed, she heard and took it seriously. Afternoon, when i came to pick up my car, Sophie explained to me what maybe the reason behind the issue and what we can do to prevent it. Thank you!☺️
